Problem:

Device will not communicate on the network

Module Status LED is solid Green

Network Status LED is flashing Green

Possible Solutions:

1. CANR does not see CAN messages on the network.

2. Network does not have a terminating resistor. Add a 121 ohm resistor across the

CAN_H and CAN_L signals at the first and last nodes.

3. Network cable is broken or disconnected.

4. Network cable is miswired.

Problem:

Device will not communicate on the network

DGN is solid red or off

Possible Solutions:

1. Fiber Link is broken or not connected

2. Reterminate, Replace or Reconnect the optical fiber.
